I had a Friday 11 AM appointment for a "Restraint Control System" warning light issue (under warranty). After being without my car all weekend, I called on Monday to touch base. No returned call. I stopped by because I needed something from my car. I then pressed for information on a progress update and was told it will not be until Friday that it would be even looked at! One week of just sitting in a lot is a bad deal and made no sense. Why the appointment? Shawn the manager was very polite and helpful and agreed I should just bring it back another less busy time. I told James he could have communicated better. What a waste of time for everyone. Not sure I want to try again. More

Earlier this week salesman Levial Arnold was very courteous and patient as he helped my wife and I in trading in our 2018 Edge and driving off in our 2022 Edge ST. Mr Arnold was at all times very knowledgeable and never "pushed" us to conclude the deal without looking at every available option. We were and we are satisfied with the level and standard of service we were offered. The Ford sales staff and in particular Mr Levial Arnold have our praise and gratitude.. Ted and Marlia Matthews. I purchased a vehicle here 8/1/2022. I was sat down with finance with a check from my bank for $60,000. My vehicle was less than the amount I brought with me. I first noticed my deposit that I placed on the vehicle was not refunded or factored in to the sale price. Then all types of fees with different amounts were added to the sales price. The customer service is a joke. I will say the sales rep angi was pleasant until she stopped answering emails. My check was supposed be mailed out. I called the finance/accounting department and the rep (Diane) lied and said she mailed my check out weeks ago. I went out of town and phoned her when I returned, she lied again. Yesterday 8/30/2022, I called and told her to stop payment and reissue another check and I would pick it up the following day 8/31/2022. I show up to the dealership and the guy who has my check Chris Chitwood isn’t there. I waited for over 30 minutes until he decided to show up. He came to my vehicle and approached me shook my hand and asked me is there any reason why I left a bad review during the customer survey. I said I left an honest review based on the customer service provided. You’ve had my funds for almost a month, I don't live in a different state. He replies that’s why I didn’t mail your check weeks ago because of the review. I said so you kept my money for almost month because you can’t take my honest feedback. I asked for the owners name, he replied he’s part owner. I said who’s the other part owner. He says don’t worry about it. We exchanged heated words and he informed me not to come back. With pleasure why would I?. I called the ford customer service number, called customer service and they claimed to have placed a complaint about the situation. I will be contacting my legal team in regards to monies purposely not relinquished because a general manager's hurt feelings about my survey.This isn’t the last time that this dealership will hear from me. Every time I called the account representative lied and said she sent the check out. Diane, Angi and Chris are the worst, I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this dealership. More
The worst purchase ever from a dealership, buyer beware. Multiple vehicle issues from the time I drove it new off the lot in 2020 to today August 2022. Nothing but disgusting service and will probably be called a disgruntled customer - but most are when you have the type experience like I have. Stay away!!!! More
Service Dept. need customer service training, a Quick lube with a 8::30 scheduled appointment led to nearly a 3 hours wait. Was told if I wanted tires rotated if would be an additional $7, according to their own site schedule it's included better known as the "Works". My previous service here before this one they never checked the fluids, if they did why was the transmission fluid n early a quart low? I guess that function is at an additional cost as well. Where's the quality control today? Who's checking behind the Techs? More

This is the only place I will take my car to. All of the employees are genuinely just really great people. I had a lot going on with my car recently and Lawrence was just the best. He gave me all the proper employees are genuinely just really great people. I had a lot going on with my car recently and Lawrence was just the best. He gave me all the proper information I needed, kept me up to speed, and I just felt like I was apart of the family there at Alan Vigil. This places makes me want to keep purchasing Fords as I don't want anyone else to service my car. More
