Thank you Matt Day and Allan Vigil Ford of Fayetteville Mr. Matt Day is responsible to a large degree for the high praise I give to Allan Vigil Ford in Fayetteville. Initially, I was not sure I would leave Mr. Matt Day is responsible to a large degree for the high praise I give to Allan Vigil Ford in Fayetteville. Initially, I was not sure I would leave such a good review, as I purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus and there were immediate problems. First, I discovered that the front tires were "cupped," and I had to replace all 4 tires. Then I had transmission problems - first the loss of reverse, and then a Transmission Fault error that rendered the car all but undriveable. I managed to get the car to the dealership, and Matt took over from there. He spoke to the manager, Phil, and together they made sure the car would be fixed and that I would have a loaner car while it was in the shop. 2 days later, my car was fixed, at no cost to me, and I was off and driving again. Terrible Service and S**ual Harrassment The Finance manager thought it appropriate to tell me about positions he uses with his wife while processing my paperwork! Three months later they still do not have the parts in for the seat, nor have they called me to give an update. More

Very poor customer service!!! This was the worst customer service I've recieved in a long time!! If you want to know what's going on with your vehicle, don't take it here. I called, had to leave a message, never recieved a call back, called again, only to be told my "service advisor" had left for the day. I told the young girl, I needed to to find out about my car, she put me on hold and then told me my car wasn't ready and my "service advisor" would call me in the morning....hello, I need to get home from work....her response, "well your cars not ready". my response, "you need to be finding me one to drive home". Low and behold, my car was ready 5 minutes later, but I need to take it back in the morning because the service manager needs to drive it to see if he can find the problem. The salesman was rude and only interested in making the quick sale. He stated features the truck had that it does not. He failed to demonstrate features the truck DOES have that we later discovered with the assistance of a salesman from a Ford delearship in LaGrange. He pushed us to make a decision at the closing hour and when we refused and said that we wanted to step away and sleep on it, he immediately got up from his desk, grabbed his jacket, and left without even acknowledging we were still sitting at his desk. They issued a "We Owe" paper stating that they owed us a bed cover for the Ford F-150 we were purchasing... that was 3+ months ago and we still do not have the bed cover. We have resigned ourselves to the fact that the "We Owe" is worthless. Several attempts to contact anyone via phone has been a waste of time. No one will return our calls. We have stopped by the delearship several times to check on the status of the bed cover with no success. They do not follow through on their promises! If you're looking to purchase a new/used Ford product... pass by Allan Vigil in Fayetteville, GA and drive further... save yourself the hassle of incompetence and lack of courtesy... drive to Newnan, LaGrange or any other delearship where you can be treated with courtesy and a sense of true customer service. You will not get it at Alan Vigil in Fayetteville, GA! More

Kept their word and repairs done efficienctly I will continue to go back to Allan Vigil Ford in Fayetteville. They followed through and my car was fixed in a timely manner. Allan Vigil in Fayetteville has the best staff and service around. I bought my vehicle from them over 4 months ago and still receive courtesy calls.
