I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the inspection of my vehicle. I feel compelled to share my feedback in order to raise awareness about the quality of their service. First and foremost, their prices are hefty, I fixed the problem of my vehicle at a different shop for half the price and will be going there moving forward. I called a couple of times to bring my vehicle back for service and promised a call back which never happened. I called back again to ask about bringing my car back and was rudely spoken to and referred me to read the law by an “advisor”. I had been taking my vehicle to this place since I got my car. I am so disappointed. More
