For one your shop rates are ridiculous! I had a really great experience at the Westchester GMC car dealership. Everything went very smoothly. I chose this location because of how I felt their employees were honest, friendly and helpful. I did not feel like anyone was playing games and their prices were fair. I felt like I did not get ripped off with my trade-in and I did not feel like I was gouged for the new purchase of a GMC canyon. The dealership was an hour away from my home. Service really bad sad they would look at it first thing in the morning They didn't look at it till the end of the day then gave a high price to look at it then we took it to another garage for half the p in the morning They didn't look at it till the end of the day then gave a high price to look at it then we took it to another garage for half the price they fixed the glow plugs they said were bad and now the check engine light is on the other side.
