Everyone seemed nice enough but after dropping my car off the night before, after verifying it was ok to do so the day before, I received a call the morning of my appointment stating the parts needed for my the night before, after verifying it was ok to do so the day before, I received a call the morning of my appointment stating the parts needed for my recall repair were on back order. I had made the appointment several weeks beforehand and I'm sure it was known the part wasn't there by close of day the night before. Now I have to wait until the part comes in. More
