I had never been to the Faulkner Buick GMC dealer. Yet, after one conversation with Brett Paden, I had high expectations of the dealership itself. It was clean, neat and very professional looking. I could tell that it's kept like that on a daily basis. The first thing that struck an accord with me was the toy car just beyond the entrance walkway. That let me know that it was "family oriented". Which I absolutely loved!! Lastly, much like the dealership, I found Brett to be very approachable, professional, informative and eager to make the sale.
