Giving benefit of a fluke experience Purchased later used car that prob normally would have been sent to auction. Attitude of sales let us know it was below their standard which made my daughter (first time car owner) ask if we were below their standard. Vehicle gas tank was on E when we took a test drive. Low tire pressure pointed out and we were assured it was all was fine, and they’d double check. When we got the car home it only had about 10psi in the tires. Ops manager was very responsive and the finance person Karl was great at talking with my daughter through the process. More

GREAT service My pickup a/c failed Tuesday afternoon. I told service that I was going on a 600 mile trip beginning Friday. He was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. I had communicated with Melissa in the Internet Sales Department and she portrayed the same traits. I was given a very fair trade-in price, in the past this was the most unpleasant part of the transaction. I spent a few hours at the dealership, which included test driving and all the paperwork to finalize the car purchase. It was nice not to spend an entire Saturday to buy the car. More
