Perry is a pro Faulkner was not the first dealership I spoke with but I had the best salesperson experience with Perry Bonifazi. He really listened to my criteria a Faulkner was not the first dealership I spoke with but I had the best salesperson experience with Perry Bonifazi. He really listened to my criteria and my concerns and didn't just try and sell me anything on the lot that wasn't the perfect fit. I was buying a used vehicle to be my 16yr olds first car and it had to be the right choice. We didn't want to break the bank given the situation but reliability and safety were big concerns. Perry went the extra mile and found us the best choice at a different Faulkner location (Bethlehem) had it brought to West Chester within days and made the whole experience feel like a big win! I will go to Faulkner first next time. Thanks Perry. More

Perry was great to deal with I had been looking for about a week, for a 2 year old Yukon or Sierra Denali. I have been going to Faulkner's service for years and thought I would s I had been looking for about a week, for a 2 year old Yukon or Sierra Denali. I have been going to Faulkner's service for years and thought I would stop in and see what they had. Perry Bonifazi was recommended by a friend and what a great guy. Perry described a new GM incentive program that just came out on the new Sierra Denali trucks they had in stock. It worked out to be a great deal so I bought a new Denali instead of a used one. All around, Faulkner GMC of West Chester was a great buying experience. More

Truck Tailgate Damage I bought a Chevy 3500 HD High Country from this dealership. A mishap with a 5th wheel hitch caused some damage to my tailgate. This happened within ab I bought a Chevy 3500 HD High Country from this dealership. A mishap with a 5th wheel hitch caused some damage to my tailgate. This happened within about two weeks of purchasing the vehicle. Faulkner's body shop quickly scheduled me to bring the vehicle in. Within a week it was repaired as perfectly as it was when it was new. In addition to the great service they covered the deductible on my insurance themselves. The repair did not cost me a dime. I cannot give them enough praise. You can bet I will use them for all of my future service for all of my vehicles. More
