Above and Beyond! I went to two other Delco area dealers and was not impressed with their level of service. Then I decided to go to Faulkner. Wow what a difference. I have bought several cars in my life and I have never had the level of service and satisfaction that the Faulkner team provided. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealer. From the moment I walked in I was treated as if I was the most important person in the world. The sales and finance folks are outstanding. I never felt pressured and they gave me an incredible deal on my trade in and new purchase. I was so pleased after I bought a Yukon Denali, I bought a Sierra 1500. Thank you Faulkner.
