Great Experience After having a negative experience at another dealer, we were hesitant when we walked into Faulkner, but turns out we didn’t need to be worried. As so After having a negative experience at another dealer, we were hesitant when we walked into Faulkner, but turns out we didn’t need to be worried. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, by two people. One was Brady, he wasn’t pushy like some car salesman can be. He got us out for a test drive very quickly and was efficient in answering questions and when he didn’t have an answer he quickly found someone who did. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. Karl in the financial department was great, he really knew all about that part. He was very helpful in explaining each thing that needed a signature and also making us feel comfortable with the financial end. Everyone there was great and whenever we have to buy another car, I’m sure we’ll make the drive to Faulkner to do it. More

Very happy with the concern showed for me and the service! I had a an issue with my 4 wheel drive which needed to be addressed before my car could be used. When I called in the service tech showed genuine conc I had a an issue with my 4 wheel drive which needed to be addressed before my car could be used. When I called in the service tech showed genuine concern for my issue and worked to fit me in that day. The problem was resolved hours later and I was on my way. Very happy with the experience but most of all the care I was shown. More

Easy I had a very good experience with the dealership. My caddy had 2 safely recalls and they fixed it with no problems. They got er done. I drove it on two days. Once I decided to buy, they located one with the options I wanted in New York. Then it turned out that one was damaged (small I drove it on two days. Good Service I like to be recognized when I walk in. I also like too be able to wait for my car to be serviced, and Leslie always gives me good estimates of how l I like to be recognized when I walk in. I also like too be able to wait for my car to be serviced, and Leslie always gives me good estimates of how long the work will take. The waiting area is great and my car is almost always done in the expected amount of time. The service team is great at keeping me updated as necessary on the work being done on my car and if there are any questions that need to be answered. I would definitely recommend Faulkner in West Chester to friends. More
