Got the Corvette I wanted I found the car I want online, their internet sales associated Melanie set up an appointment for a test drive. Great experience Bud was a great employee to work with. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to share about the Faulkner brand and to get to know us Bud was a great employee to work with. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to share about the Faulkner brand and to get to know us on a more personal level. We were very confident purchasing from him. The general manger was very nice too. He was genuinely happy we were there, and they were both excited for us on our purchase. We went to multiple different dealers the day before, and Faulkner by far was the best place to do business with. Other places were very missleading, And it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. We could tell bud was honest and upfront with us from the features of the car to the price. I really appreciated how he took the time to learn about the car we were interested in, even though it wasn’t a Buick or gmc. The finance guy was also very professional and made the buying process easy, but I don’t remember his name. I will recommend Faulkner buick gmc to my friends and family. More
