Eric Gilbert was polite, considerate, and professional: he went over all of what was to be done during the service and what I had requested in addition. He provided me a quote for the work. In addition, he called me while my car was being serviced to report on the progress. The shuttle service was also prompt and professional. When I collected my car, it had been thoroughly cleaned--even the multi-spoke alloy wheels were clean. My car is not worth much money, but I take good care of it. It is satisfying to find a dealer whose service department understands that and provides first-class service. More

This was one of the vehicles the EPA initially banned dealers from selling in 2015 because of the emissions violation issue. When the sales ban was lifted, I decided to try a TDI. The special rebate, financing terms, and extended warranties were great incentives. I completely enjoyed the buying experience. There was no pressure by the salesperson (Connor) to make the sale. He let my wife and I make the decision that was right for us. I would definitely buy from this dealer in the future and fully recommend them over the other local VW dealer in Enfield, CT. Service staff is very polite, cordial and professional. My new 2015 was beautifully prepped and looked awesome. More
