I have been a Honda man for years , but always have an open mind when it comes to most things in life. Paul Glassanos sales consultant greeted me and extended his help if I needed any.He offered to give me a little walk around and give me low down on any model I might be interested in .Paul knew his buisness and soon it felt like i was was walking with a trusted friend.I had done my research on an Optima before I went so I was not a babe in the woods.We started to key in on an Optima and to make a long story short I was soon signing papers on a new Optima .I am in sales so I have a good idea on what is xx is and who is a pro. I found Paul to be a pro. He was not pushy ,knew his stuff and had a sense of what pace I needed to go at.Another thing that impressed me was he asked if we could sit down and look at the numbers .I like people who have confidence int their product to ask for the buisness. Purchasing cars for our family has always been my job. MY husband's line of work has taken him all over the country . Iv'e had to make a lot of major purchase decisions. Arber, the young man who sold me my car was courteous , knowledgeable and professional. The office staff were friendly and efficient.Time wise ...I was amazed at how quickly i was able to buy my car. I met with Arber to look at the car on Saturday....and drove it off the lot registered and inspected by Wednesday. I Love my new KIA . I got a fabulous car at a great price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying my first new car! The employees at Father's and Son's make it their number one priority to make sure each costumer is comfortable and happy wi buying my first new car! From test driving the car, to signing the final papers, everything was done with reassurance and comforbility. It was as if Tony would do absolutely anything I asked! He was running around making sure that everything was done quickly and just the way I wanted it to be done so I was able to leave with the car as soon as possible (which is what I needed). Serena, the finance manager, was an incredible help throughout the process on the financial aspect of things. She made the stress of buying my fist new car WAY less stressful and bent over backwards to make sure I was being given the best deals on warranties so I would not only be taken care of that day, but for years to follow. They all seemed to have the assurance that the Kia was an excellant vehicle and that we would be back. Indeed they were right! We did come back after viewing many other dealerships. To be honest, when I first walked in I found your showroom to be quite unempressive but the quality of service from Paul and others there made that seem unimportant. He was so excited for me when I decided to purchase the Kia Sorento Limited you would have thought he bought it himself. I am also having it Glass Coated and Paul took care of getting it all set up for me as well as getting me a loaner to use while this is taking place. I feel very comfortable that I will be taken care of from this point on. More

I was interested in a new Kia Soul, and the whole experience was fairly painless. Everyone in this dealership was really nice and listened to what I wanted in a car which was very important to me.
