From our first inquiry in June, until our decision on which KIA to buy, Paul was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When we told Paul the car and color we were looking for, he promptly located the exact car from another dealer and arranged to have it picked up. We picked up our new KIA Rio exactly when promised. The car had been prepared/cleaned better than any other car we have ever purchased. Paul sat in the car with us and explained all of the features/details answering any questions, demonstrating how well he knew the car as well as the technology the car is equipped with! We were very impressed with Paul Glassanos and our treatment by the staff at Fathers & Sons KIA. We have purchased several cars in the Western Mass area and we can honestly say that this was our best car buying experience to date! More
I just wanted to leave some feedback for any future customers who consider a Kia purchase. I did a lot of research and visited a number of different dealers/brands. Fathers and Sons Kia was by far th customers who consider a Kia purchase. I did a lot of research and visited a number of different dealers/brands. Fathers and Sons Kia was by far the best dealer I went. Most were are high pressure/uncomfortable visits, with that feeling of uncomfortable back and fourth. Not at Fathers and sons Kia. Tony Perry was completely professional, friendly and worked hard to get a deal done with me. there was a no pressure negotiation, multiple test drives and a completely positive experience. I would go back there to buy a car again! Tony did a great job and followed up with me timely and with the goal to help me get into the Sorento I wanted. would totally recommend tony perry to anyone looking for a car! sincerely todd More
Had a great experience purchasing the new car from Kia of West Springfield. We found Paul to be very friendly and thorough. Even though we had some credit issues and worried about the loan process, we were treated with respect. Paul and the others at Kia seemed very patient in finding us loan options. In the end, the loan and interest rate turned out better than expected. My husband has really enjoyed driving the car. It not only drives well, but has really cool extras that we weren't expecting to afford with our budget. We negotiated a great deal for our Kia Soul Plus. The price was great, and we were also satisfied with the money offered on our trade. Finally, Paul was very thorough and helpful when my husband was at the dealer to pick up the new car. The car was impeccable (the cleaning and extra protective treatment). He showed Fred every feature inside the car and how it worked. Also showed him how to hook up the blue tooth to his phone. We've never had this extra attention, even when purchasing a new car before. It was really nice to leave the lot and knowing the car so well already. Great experience, great car. More
I walked into Kia looking to lease a new Optima. I had already researched this car as well talked with a couple other dealerships to lease this car. Lee was great right from the start. Our most recent purchase was a 2014 KIA Sedona for my husband, and I had purchased a 2012 KIA Rio a year ago (which I love). Tony Perry was so helpful and patient during my purchase of the Rio that we knew we had to return to him for the Sedona. He understands how we use our vehicles for business and travel, and how cargo space is important for storage of equipment, but we also want to drive vehicles that are attractive. The Sedona is perfect for my husband's business. Plus, it has a good amount of pick-up so it can merge into lanes without fear of an accident, despite how much cargo is in the back. It handles beautifully, stops on a dime, and the interior is very roomy and comfortable for long trips. This will be our 4th KIA vehicle, so I can assuredly say that these cars are great! And they live beyond the 10-year/100,000-mile warranty as our 2002 Spectra proved. I buy and have my vehicles maintained at Fathers & Sons because I trust them. And I trust Tony Perry to sell us the right KIA for our needs. More
