Lee Zanotti is knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, and friendly. He worked with us from the beginning to find exactly what we were looking for, at a price we were able to pay. In the end, we chose to buy from Kia because Lee worked so diligently to get us into the car that we wanted. After buying the car, I called the next day with an issue. He took care of it right away and got us back on the road with our new Soul. We also had a great experience with the business manager, Serena Mariani, who managed to send us home with our car the same day, even though we had order specialized plates. We were quite impressed by her ability to get us on the road without a problem. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and perceptive. We look forward to working with Kia on the service of our vehicle for years to come. More

The rating given is really only for Tony Perry and Lee Zanotti as they came through for me in getting me the car that I ordered. Previously, I had received the wrong car (Tony and Lee tried to fix it so Zanotti as they came through for me in getting me the car that I ordered. Previously, I had received the wrong car (Tony and Lee tried to fix it so that the customer got what they wanted) but the G.M. (Jack Diaz) would not do anything to make that happen; as a matter a fact, I think he went out of his way to make me miserable; however, Tony and Lee did. I thank them for that as I am now a happy customer. I dealt mostly with Tony who was always helpful and courteous. He was not a pushy salesman which I liked. He was friendly and great to do business with. I would do business with him again. I'm not sure that I would do business with the dealership again, as long as Jack Diaz was still G.M. there. Did not appreciate his lack of customer service and his temperment toward customers. He does not care about what the customer wants or how they feel, he does not respect the sales people that work for him and frankly, should not be in any customer service job if you ask me. However, enough about Jack Diaz. He is not the one that I am rating. I give high marks to Tony and Lee for making me a happy customer. More
