Thanks for wasting my time! Went to Farris Motors website, you have to enter your info just to view the used car selection. After leaving the webpage I got a call directly from T Went to Farris Motors website, you have to enter your info just to view the used car selection. After leaving the webpage I got a call directly from Teagan from Farris asking me if there was something I was interested in. She was pretty informative at that point about all the specials they were running, after the sales pitch we set up a appointment which was suppose to put the car I was interested on hold until our appointment. I clearly explained to her that I would be driving an hour to come check out the car. I took an hour off of work to make my appointment, when I arrived the car I was coming to see was sitting right out front. I was greeted outside by a kind gentlemen, I told him this was the car I was coming to meet Teagan to see, he explained to me very quickly that the car was no longer available, he then proceeded to show me around where nothing was even remotely close to the price range of the car I was there to look at....What a huge waste of time, 2 hours driving, $10 in gas, missed an hour of work, all for nothing! 💥💥💥BEYOND EXPECTATIONS💥💥💥BRANDON This past month was absolutely horrible for me!!! My mom has been in the hospital for going on a month and a half, I recently started a new career, & This past month was absolutely horrible for me!!! My mom has been in the hospital for going on a month and a half, I recently started a new career, & I had an 06' PT cruiser that had been giving me problems, and then a week ago, it finally quit on me. The damages were wayyyyy beyond the price of what the car was worth. So this past Monday, me, my grandmother, &my daughter set out to find me & my daughter a car. I didn't need anything super fancy and really didnt want a car payment, well, atleast not a big one. I just needed something to get me and my daughter from point A to B and to get me to work. So the very first place we stopped was Farris motor in Jefferson City!!! Before we even parked in the used car lot area,brandon was there to greet us so nicely with a guinune smile. We parked and told him what we were looking for and immediately he got us inside and out test driving my, NOW, 09' chevy cobalt, which I absolutely Love!!!!! Now I will admit, my grandmother did most of the talking, well, all of it, and is very stubborn and directly to the point. Sometimes people don't know how to take her. But brandon was absolutely so sweet,& made her feel comfortable. So comfortable she spent quite a large sum there to help me. Brandon was so nice, and so helpful. He showed us the car and wishing 1.5 hours I was driving home.(they had to detail the car,& I went and seen my mom during all of this.) since then I have told everyone who compliments my car how nice the salesman was and how much I would recommend him and this company!!!!
