Don't take your Mercedes there for service Since this is the only MB dealership in eastern Kentucky I really wanted to like the service dept, as I would rather patronize a local business instea Since this is the only MB dealership in eastern Kentucky I really wanted to like the service dept, as I would rather patronize a local business instead of going to Lexington. Nice facility, friendly employees, but did a really poor job on the "B" service on my car. Did not replace worn wiper blades, did not reset service light (I found out how to to it from YouTube and did it myself) and worst of all they apparently tried to "rotate" my tires which are different sizes. When I got home I realized they had put the wider tires on the front and the narrower front tires on the back. The owners manual clearly states this tire setup cannot be rotated, and I also pointed it out when I dropped the car off. I called another Mercedes service dept for advice and they told me the tires needed to be switched back. I've decided to buy new tires in my hometown and will let the tire store correct this. I do not have time to drive back to Ashland to deal with this, nor do I want these morons to touch my car again. More

Purchasing a new car is such a big decision, and can be very stressful at the wrong dealership. Not here, they will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. I have a great new car (absolutely love it), for a great price (nice incentives right now!) and the process was made so so easy!
