Very Unprofessional!! My wife and I were interested in trading for a new vehicle. We were unable to make a deal on the new vehicle because we felt our car was worth more th My wife and I were interested in trading for a new vehicle. We were unable to make a deal on the new vehicle because we felt our car was worth more than what they were offering. That was understandable they are a business and they have to make money to cover their overhead. While waiting we searched their website and we found a used Honda that was priced on their website for $17,866. We expressed our interest in the Honda and they ran the numbers and were going to give us an additional $1,000 for our trade in, but only after they increased the price of their car to $21,466. Thats $3,700 over the advertised price. I very much wanted to address the owner who was relaxing at the showroom entrance but my wife convinced me it would not be appropriate to make a scene. Needless to say we declined their "gracious" offer and will hopefully find a dealership who values honesty and integrity and not just as a catch phrase. More

Great Service We started looking for a vehicle with great gas mileage. I started out at Fannins and dealt with Shane Kennedy. He was very aware of all the cars and We started looking for a vehicle with great gas mileage. I started out at Fannins and dealt with Shane Kennedy. He was very aware of all the cars and the differences in each car. I told him exactly what I wanted and he went right to the car I was looking for. I went back the next day and dealt with a salesman other than Shane and a used car manager. They were not cutting down on the price and would not work with my budget. So I did my research and was going to go down to Lexington to purchase the same exact car for 2,000$ less. Right after I got off the phone with Lexington, Shane called back and worked with that same price so that I could buy local. I was so thankful for that. He was fabulous, the manager, Jeremy was fabulous with working with my budget, and Chris Rudmann really worked with my budget and made it more enjoyable. More
