I normally rank a car purchase experience right up there with a root canal.  Last week my husband, who was just taking our car in for a routine oil ch I normally rank a car purchase experience right up there with a root canal.  Last week my husband, who was just taking our car in for a routine oil change,  "surprised" me by test driving a vehicle.  When he arrived at our door with Gordon Dean, Toyota sales rep., I was NOT pleased.  Why?  For one thing, I was cleaning house and was a mess! More importantly,  however, I like to do my homework....what is our current car worth? what is the very best deal I can expect on a new car? etc. etc.  I research and read reviews ad nauseam.  Anyway,  I reluctantly got into the 2016 Camry. Very nice vehicle....definitely an upgrade from our 2014 Corolla but I still wasn't intending to purchase the car. (By the way, we've had 6 Toyota's in the last 15 years so we knew our next car would also be a Toyota.)  When we arrived at the dealership Gordon listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, considerate, understanding and has a great sense of humor.  We did indeed purchase a lovely Camry and were completely satisfied with the price, trade in value, etc.  Thank you Gordon!  (And yes, thank you, hubby.) Love my Camry!  We'll definitely return for future vehicle purchases. So good to be a part of the Burleson Toyota Family....and no root canal. More

The only complaint I have is a simple one, we left with an almost empty tank of gas. We didn't notice until after we left to go home. I don't know if they usually fill the tank up but have never bought one on empty. We will use them again in the future and highly recommend them. More
