Because. Bart listened to me and my needs, and he was responsive, making it all about what I wanted, that there were a couple of times that it was going so smooth and easy I forgot we were there looking for a vehicle. I was able to choose the car I wanted at the payment comfortable for me. I appreciate Bart and his team for making it a friendly, simple & stress free process. More

Happy People First, Financial Transactions LAST! I am a die hard research guru. I thoroughly researched the vehicle and the dealership. I thought the 4.8 rating out of over 700 reviews was impressi I am a die hard research guru. I thoroughly researched the vehicle and the dealership. I thought the 4.8 rating out of over 700 reviews was impressive. I actually gave them 5 stars. I never rate anything with 5 stars. I think nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement. I sat here and I could not think of a single thing I would change about my experience. Internet Salesperson: Apparently, Internet cay buying is becoming more convenient and advantageous for buyers. Everything is so detailed on the Internet. So, I finally narrowed down my choice of vehicle. I sent emails to several dealers asking about the rock bottom prices. Family Toyota was one of the dealers with the best prices on the Internet. I worked with Manny. We traded several emails and some phone calls along the way. He is a pleasant person and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He answered all of my questions and never hesitated to tell me the truth. The "others" couldn't answer my questions or they were in a hurry for me to drive out there and see the car. Not Manny. He was patient and even helped me make the best choice when it came to options and trim. He didn't try to sell me the top of the line. He asked me questions to find out what I wanted and then he helped me find a match. Who does that? Usually they try to tell you what you need and most of the time it is not what you want. He also said he would find the car, if it was not on their lot. There were 3 different trims that I was interested in and it was time for the test drive. When I got there, Manny was ready to show me the cars. He was patient and let me decide if I was ready to go forward. He never pushed me or made me feel pressured to buy. It was like having a conversation with friends or family about whether or not you should get the car. I decided to buy the car and Manny sold me the car that I wanted/needed. Dealership: The location is super convenient. The dealership is very clean and filled with a comforting and friendly atmosphere. Someone was always asking if we needed cold water or if there was anything they could do for us. They had a gift shop, a large area with a TV, and a kitchen area with food and drinks. They even had a movie room with those big black comfy movie chairs. I saw all of these things on the way to the restroom. I never actually went in to any of the rooms. They may have more things that I missed. I won't mind waiting around while I get my windows tinted! Finance: Darell completed our finance papers. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the loan. At that point, the deal was already done, but he helped answer technical questions. He also reassured us that we made a good decision. I know he wouldn't say anything negative, but he didn't have to say anything at all. He never tried to push any additional warranties or anything. Smiles all the way through. Overall: By the time we finished the paperwork, it was after 9pm. They still took the time to detail the car and fill it with a full tank of gas. Once the car was ready, Manny showed us a few key things and even set up the Bluetooth for us. I'm sure he was ready to go home, but he still took his time. He said we could call or come by anytime, if we have questions or if we need anything else. I can't find anything negative to say. It was a very easy transaction at a comforting place with friendly people and we got an AMAZING new car for the best price. I will tell all of my friends and family. More
Amazing car buying experience I found Family Toyota of Burleson through the USAA car buying service. After putting in my make and model I had 10 dealerships emailing me. Most of I found Family Toyota of Burleson through the USAA car buying service. After putting in my make and model I had 10 dealerships emailing me. Most of the email were canned responses, responses that didn't actually pay attention to our needs, or dealerships more interested in being vague and shifty, One dealership immediately stood out from the rest. Gordon Dean at Family Toyota immediately and helpfully asked me of my needs and found a vehicle that, while wasn't an exact match, was very close. He also assured me if that vehicle (different color) didn't 100% make us happy he would get our exact vehicle very quickly. Initially I thought I'd have a week of haggling back and forth through email, phone calls and in-person. Instead, in just a few short email we had a fantastic deal, with a fantastic price and great incentives. This dealership is the unicorn of Toyota dealerships. I'm explaining my experience to coworkers and they don't believe a place like this exists. Not only did the price beat other dealers "best" offer by over 10%, the facility is amazing, the people incredibly friendly. I'm actually looking forward to service visits due to the amenities. I can't stress enough how amazingly smooth this process was. Through a couple, short, pain-free email we had the entire process worked out. By the time we got off work and headed to the dealership we had been handed off to Ronnie and Russell. Both smoothly handled the transition. knew our needs, and made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Russell patiently answered all our questions on the vehicle, demonstrated all the features, even confidently answered "I'm not sure, let's find out!" when we had an obscure question on the car's capabilities. Darrell in finance was also a pleasure to work with. By this point in the experience I thought, "this must be the pain point. Everything else has been wonderful, this must be where it gets messy.". It wasn't! There was none of the high pressure shenanigans that other dealers put you through *cough* vandergriff *cough*. He was upfront, amiable and straight forward. Every employee we came in contact with was professional, friendly, and dedicated to our utmost satisfaction. There is no doubt this will be our dealership and the dealership we recommend to friends and family for years to come. More

The individuals I dealt with seemed to all have the same end goal, which was ensuring the customer is taken care of to the best of their ability. I was very cautious about sneaky tricks and broken promises, but I didn't experience any of that. If I could change anything, I'd say buyers inspections on more higher end vehicles should be done by the specialist of that make. A dealer could save time, money, and overall headache with some of the vehicles traded in by just wholesaling them. Other than that, I'd be happy to do business with Family Toyota again, and would recommend them to all my friends and family. More

The only problem I had was with the finance team getting me requested documents. Once I arrived at the dealership everything was handles with class and service first mentality. If the finance team was on the same pages as the salesmen it would be the best experience I would have had at a dealer. More
