She is always so pleasant and helpful. For example, last night I called at 5:30pm with a need because the instrument panel said something needed attention. I called and talked to Ava. She got me in the next morning first thing, Hooked the car up to the computer and told me the problem. We had not tightened the gas cap. Simple. I was back home before my wife went to work. This may not seem to be a big deal but I have another car of another make. I cannot even get in touch with service advisor to set an appointment. When I buy my next car I am buying from my Family Toyota dealer. I want to buy it from Manny. :) They really do treat you like family. More

Excellent Experience with Family Toyota I never thought I would make a deliberate effort to review a car dealership, but my excellent experience with Danny Tran at Family Toyota merits a fav I never thought I would make a deliberate effort to review a car dealership, but my excellent experience with Danny Tran at Family Toyota merits a favorable review. After somehow making it through the cumbersome Toyota.com website and building my desired car, I hit submit and was very fortunate that Danny quickly responded. He first sent a very nice email explaining what they had in inventory. Unfortunately it did not match the color my wife was really wanting (not many red Prius 4's out there). BUT Danny did locate one, and he indicated when he could have it at the dealership. We then set an appointment, and he ushered me through the purchase process from end to end. I also had a chance to nose around the dealership. I encountered very friendly associates, and also appreciated their customer wait area (in case you are waiting for your car to be serviced). They have 2 nice lounge areas and a tv room with comfy seating and even some ice scream. I am very impressed with this dealership. They have my business for future Toyota purchases, as well as future servicing for my new vehicle More
