Great Dealership... Great Salesman!!! My wife and I went to Family Toyota looking for her a car (2011 Honda Accord) that we spotted on their website. The vehile was in great condition...even better than it was advertised. The moment we arrived and met Trey he went to work for us. I didn't have good credit after a recent bankruptcy dismissal and was a bit intimidated by going to a dealership to get a car but Trey said don't worry we'll make it work. He worked after hours even texting and calling during his personal time at home assuring me that he would get me taken care of. After 2 days he called and said we were approved. I knew what my credit was like and at this point I was in disbelief. I had a last minute problem with the down payment we had agreed on yet Trey didn't let that stop the deal from going thru. My wife had been driving a 2002 Taurus for years and it was on it's last leg. Trey and his team at Family Toyota helped me put a smile on my wife's face that is still glowing to this day. Trey thank you brother for all your hard work and determination to help people like me who don't have perfect credit. I have been telling everyone I know about you and Family Toyota. Amanda was very personable and I really related to her. She found the car I wanted and was able to have the leather seats I wanted installed before I got to come and pick up the car, so that I didn't have to wait on the car. There were some minor hiccups with the car, but Amanda was straight forward and up front the entire time. She did a great job keeping me in the loop with what was happening. The moment my dad and I stepped on the lot to finalize, the entire staff was helpful and took time to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. More

Pleasant Sales experiences but Finance is a mess Bought a used vehicle from Sony who was great to work with. Sony was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I was on the fence on buying a vehicle but after talking with Sony I decided to pull the trigger. Sony was very patient and went above and beyond to find out answers to questions I had. I came in a few days after initially looking at a vehicle and pulled the trigger. Made it to the finance dept and dealt with Nick Lipinski. Seemed nice, but at the end of the transaction, I realized he forgot to mention the warranty program, so he gave me some pamphlets and told me to just get with him the following week and he would take care of it for me. I called his office phone, and email and he was unresponsive. I called his cell phone and got a hold of him, told him I'd be by the dealership in a few days and would like to sign the paperwork. He was no where to be found. Worked with another finance person and we got the process started, but then he said he didn't know how to complete the paperwork and would have to refer it to Nick. I waited a few days, never received any follow up. So I sent Nick another email with all the details, no response. Sony tried to make sure Nick responded however still nothing. I then talked to a manager named Dustin who said he would make sure it gets taken care of. I wait another few days nothing. So I call back for Nick on the mainline and still no response. I call his cell phone and he answers and says oh yeah, I thought that was taken care of, but I'll Fedex the paperwork to you right away. I wait a week and nothing. It's now been over a month since I purchased my vehicle and Nick has shown not a care in the world. I am not sure what I have done to him to warrant this type of behavior but I have been nothing but professional to him. Dealing with Nick and the finance dept was really upsetting and disappointing. After reading some reviews, I was able to track down contact information for Matt Luck who was very quick and responsive. Told him the issue and he asked me to come in to complete some paperwork. Matt was able to take care my request in 15 minutes what Nick and the finance department could not do in a month. If you purchase a vehicle from here make sure you work with Sony, but when you get to the finance department, make sure you get everything you need in that one visit or else you'll never hear from them ever again. More

Anxiety to relief I stumbled upon this dealership as I shopped online all over the metroplex for a used Subaru. I had never chosen and purchased a car on my own. Danny was a good listener and answered ALL my questions and concerns. After i received the trade in offer I spent the rest of the day driving around getting other offers. They beat the subaru dealerships, Carmax, and others on trade-in offer and on the used car price. Danny was very kind and professional throughout the process, checking on my at every step instead of just handing me off to the next person.
