Best experience and people I've ever dealt with at car lot It started Sunday with a woman named Jennifer out in the heat showing me and my Beyonce some trucks we were interested in and no matter how many times It started Sunday with a woman named Jennifer out in the heat showing me and my Beyonce some trucks we were interested in and no matter how many times we had her go back and forth back and forth scanning trucks to tell us the information over and over again she never ever wants changed her demeanor she was happy and all smiles the whole time full of information so I went ahead and put on an application online when a guy named Michael bowls contacted me within a few hours he had me set up with numbers from a four-year note a five-year note and a 6-year note all in the matter of hours then when I decided took wit having second thoughts about getting a new vehicle I called him and he got me in that truck that night hardly any paperwork no hassle whatsoever I brought my down payment my license and insurance and I was out the door in my truck in an hour these people at Family Toyota have absolutely hands down been the best people I have ever dealt with it in the car business none of them were pushy they were all smiles just hands-down good people I recommend them highly even if you don't want a Toyota they have other used vehicles out there my cousin went in yesterday and bought a Z71 didn't even use my salesman and they still gave me a kick back just for sending him up there so by far these are the best people I've ever dealt with and hope that everyone gets to experience this for their own selves More

We were impressed by the overall friendly and positive attitude represented by all the employees we spoke with and observed as bystanders during our visit. The written "Family Rules" displayed by the dealership are evident in employees. Of course, the dealership has to make profits, but this buying experience left us feeling respected as a customer and not just another target for a sale. Was a pleasant buying experience. Joseph Llamas was our sales rep and we finalized our deal with Derrick Mickens (client relations), then wrapped up the paper work with Faheem Darville in Finance. All three individuals were super pleasant, accommodating, and friendly. For us, this was a great dealership from which to purchase our vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership! More

We came in there only to LOOK @ The RAV-4 ..... Not to purchase one. But we did turn down that awesome offer initially but what really impressed upon me was when we said, "No thank you. Not right now." the staff was pleasant & did NOT pressure us @ all. They knew we meant ,"Not right now." & we left to smiling faces & kind words. We DID go back & purchase that beautiful Red RAV-4 a few hours after initially leaving the dealership. We had decided that we really could afford the extra $40 a month ($ 315 per month) for a brand new 2016 Toyota RAV-4. I am delighted. Renee' & Gary Epperson More
