Not just in their interactions with me but, with other I gave Family Toyota of Burleson five-stars for several reasons. Every employee was so polite. Not just in their interactions with me but, with other customers as well (I notice little things like that). My salesman, Mike Wassell returned my email quickly and I made the drive for the particular truck I saw online. I knew what I wanted for my trade-in and what I wanted to pay for the truck. I'm a "haggler". There was no need though. I got a fair deal and no haggling required. Mike was very polite and professional. The finance guy ,Joe Sabin, was also very polite and professional. This was an overall OUTSTANDING experience for me. The showroom and customer waiting areas are spotlessly clean. Restrooms included. I am a happy new Family Toyota customer. More
