Awesome!! I came in on a Saturday just to look mostly. I was considering purchasing a preowned Toyota. When I arrived at Family Toyota , Sierra greeted me and I came in on a Saturday just to look mostly. I was considering purchasing a preowned Toyota. When I arrived at Family Toyota , Sierra greeted me and after telling her why I was there and what my budget was, she then showed me a car and went on a test drive. The car was what I wanted. So, now came the hard part, finding out if the payments and my trade in would work. It did take a little bit to get this worked out but I never felt pressured or obligated. During the process Sierra was very pleasant. It was an awesome experience purchasing a car from Family Toyota and Sierra made every thing so easy. More

Ava arranged for the shuttle to take me home but I preferred to wait in the lounge. The work was completed in 2 hours that went quickly. Thanks for the delicious refreshments of donuts and variety of brewed coffees. I appreciated the quiet lounge at that time of day. I am very pleased to see Ava each time that I have needed maintenance. She explains the service needed and divided the cost between two visits. This helps the budget.
