I came in with an appointment to see this truck with Jamonn! Jamonn was awesome and I didn't feel pressured at any time to buy the vehicle. He respected my time, which I am very grateful and appreciative. As you can see on my other review, I've been treated very poorly before coming into Family Toyota of Burleson. The pre-owned trucks go through a large 125 point inspection and they really make sure you are happy. They also come with a 60 day 2,000 mile warranty because they want you to be happy with your investment. Well I put a hold on my truck and did all of the necessary paperwork via email and was able to pick up the truck yesterday 10/27 from Jamonn. Jamonn was then respectful to both my Mom and Dad who came with me. He was a great nice guy and recommend you go see Jamonn. He answered all my questions and said to let him know if I have any more. See that is how you get customers. I was treated like I mattered. Call 817-447-4400 and ask for Jamonn. He was very helpful and I already have my next appointment next week because I caught something and they said they will take care of it. I will update more on that next week.
