Service department MIQUEL did a great job I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner before I got out of my truck. A very nice older gentleman went inside and got Miguel after I told I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner before I got out of my truck. A very nice older gentleman went inside and got Miguel after I told him I came to get a oil change. Miguel was patient with me when I told him about my needs one by one. He didn’t interrupt me he listened to me like it was his only task at hand. It was busy with people everywhere so right off the bat I knew this place and this young man is different than all the other places I have gone to to get an oil change that makes the company very little money compared to the time and money it takes to do one. I know because I have been the one who ran a service department and my whole experience at Family Toyota reminded me of the family I worked with for many years. Miguel did everything that he was trained to do and his boss was right there in encouraging him making sure that I was comfortable while my trucks were being serviced. I could go on and on with all the things that I observed while I was there getting my Tundra and Ford fixed up. In short I am very pleased to find the place where I will get all of my vehicle needs meet!! That means service and when I buy a new truck I will do my best to work out a fair deal with this extraordinarily special dealership. MEET MY EXPECTATIONS. My husband and I had been looking for a Tundra. We had gone to two different places but couldn't make a decision. We decided to go to Family Toyota of Burleson because of a friend that told me how pleased she was with Family Totoya of Burleson. When we got there Frank came to greet us, I asked for Spanish speaking sales man, he kindly went inside to see if someone was available that spoke Spanish because my husband could commuinicate better. They were busy with customers, so Frank very respectful asked if he could try to help us, which we agreed. Frank was very professional, patient, humble and honest. We never felt pressured by him and answered all our questions and even though some of our offers were a little crazy, he didn't lose his temper and kept calm all the time. Frank offered us something to drink before even knowing if we would qualify to buy a vehicle. He make sure we felt welcomed. I highly recommend Family Toyota of Burleson and Frank! It's super important to feel calm, not pressured or overwhelmed when you're making a financial decision, and that's how we felt with Frank. Aron Williams - A Man of Integrity! Recently I took my Toyota Highlander to Family Toyota of Burleson for new brakes. Although the dealership had mentioned to me in a previous visit tha Recently I took my Toyota Highlander to Family Toyota of Burleson for new brakes. Although the dealership had mentioned to me in a previous visit that I would need to consider new brakes soon, my service representative Aron Williams had the technician check my brakes anyway. I received a delightful phone call from Aron explaining that I did not need to change my brakes yet, and that he was sorry for the time that I wasted driving to and from the dealership. When I told him that our family would be taking a road trip during the holidays, he said my brakes would be fine and that we could check them again after the first of the year. HOW HONEST!!!!! He could have just had the technician do the work and charge me. I would not have known the difference. But no - HE WAS EXTREMELY HONEST! When I went to pick up my vehicle, I asked to see the manager. I explained who I was, and he immediately told me that Aron was worried I would be mad. Who could be mad at someone who was very honest and forthcoming about the dealership's previous mistake. The manager said that coaching would be done with the first technician who had said I needed brakes. That is all I want - that he/she learn from the mistake. It may have cost me some time to drive about 30 minutes to the dealership, but it was so worth it. I am a loyal customer for as long as I own my Toyota. Very happy with the service I received today I have to say this was the best experience I've had with service at a dealership. From the ease of making a service appointment ( I got the time slot I have to say this was the best experience I've had with service at a dealership. From the ease of making a service appointment ( I got the time slot I asked for) to the oil change and driving it off the lot everything was great. I got the oil changed in my Venza, a complete check up and my car washed in under an hour. Great attention to detail! I purchased my last 2 Toyota's from another dealership, I'll make future purchases from this one. Miguel is my service adviser and I couldn't ask for anyone more thorough and easy to work with.
