I have dealt with dealers and dealerships that just see a sale and nothing else. I did not buy from them. Frank was patient with me even though I was late getting to the dealership. He worked with me until we could find a deal that I was happy with. It had been a long and exhausting day for me and I was agonizing over the decision for a little bit, but he was great throughout the entire process. I even called today because I had a question about the car and Frank has been right on it. I will be telling others about my experience and about Frank when they are looking for a new care for themselves. More

Specs were withing the "green" range, but he was willing to take the time to center everything. Drifting now almost eliminated. Tech treated me like the knowledgeable "gear-head" that I am, explaining why the shift mechanism in the Avalon Hybrids are sometimes balky, due to the design itself. CHECK YOUR NUMBERS BEFORE SIGNING THE PAPERS. PREVIOUSLY I GAVE A REPORT BEFORE SIGNING THE PAPERS. AFTER SIGNING IT WITHOUT CHECKING LOOK WHAT HAPPENED . I BOUGHT A USED TOYOTA TRUCK FROM THEM PREVIOUSLY I GAVE A REPORT BEFORE SIGNING THE PAPERS. AFTER SIGNING IT WITHOUT CHECKING LOOK WHAT HAPPENED . I BOUGHT A USED TOYOTA TRUCK FROM THEM AND TURNED MY OLD TOYOTA TUNDRA AS A TRADE IN. I ADMIT THAT IN PART WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I WAS VERY EXCITED AND I SIGN THE PAPER WITHOUT CHECKING THE NUMBERS. LATER ON I REALIZED THAT MY TRADE IN WAS $ 2500.00 DOLLARS SHORT THAN WHAT I ASK FOR AND THE SALESMAN DID AGREE ON. UNFORTUNATELY I SIGNED. SO PLEASE ASK FOR AN EXPLANATIONS FOR ALL THOSE NUMBERS ON THE PAPER BEFORE YOU SIGN. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ALL YOUR BELONGINGS FROM YOUR OLD TRUCK . Jeff is very thorough and every time we had an appointment with him during any purchase he was always on time. Buying a car can be frustrating but Jeff is very patient and looks out for his customers. I never felt rushed or pressured at any time. He was very patient with us as we went through every option from possible leasing to our decision to just buy. Trust me when I tell you if they do not have exactly what is on the lot, wait, and I promise you they will do whatever they can to get it for you! Before leaving with my NEW 2018 redesigned gorgeous Camry, he went over all the technology and safety features. I felt very confident driving off. Family Toyota of Burleson is very true to their name. They make you feel welcome and everyone asks if you need anything from a bottle of water to a bag of popcorn. This dealership is well worth my drive across town to see them when others were closer to me. I go there for their reputation. Keep up the great job! More
A Total Rewarding Experience @ Family TOYOTA, Burleson, TX I was greeted by Miguel Hernandez, Service Representative for Family TOYOTA, on discussing an Extension of Warranty for a Cracked Dashboard on my Used I was greeted by Miguel Hernandez, Service Representative for Family TOYOTA, on discussing an Extension of Warranty for a Cracked Dashboard on my Used 2009 Toyota Avalon. He immediately checked on the Warranty Extension and after verification ordered the parts. He then introduced Chris Bruder, his Supervisor and the Service and Parts Director, to me. By the next day he had called for me to bring in my vehicle and by later that day had the necessary replacement completed. I have owned many vehicles in my lifetime and have never had greater service as experienced here at Family TOYOTA. They treat you as "FAMILY" and I intend to have my Family consider this Dealership for future Vehicle Purchase and Service! Thanking Miguel for his dedicated Service! More

I had $2500 left on my trade in and they still have yet to pay my credit union for the vehicle they have had for a month now. The first time, they sent it to the wrong bank. The second time, they put the WRONG name on the check. My bank called me and let me know. So, I called the dealership to let them know. I spoke with Danielle in accounting. I honestly cannot even believe this woman has a job. I tried to explain the situation to her and she hung up the phone on me. She then calls me back and says, "Let's try this again." I thought she accidentally disconnected the call, but she admitted to actually hanging up the phone on me for not letting her speak first! I can't even make this kind of stuff up. She then goes on to place blame on the sales people saying "how was she supposed to know the name, etc. etc." I told her all I wanted to know was when they were going to mail the payment out correctly. She goes on to say that I will need to send in a copy of my driver's license and she isn't sure and if she wasn't wasting her time on the phone with me, then she would've been talking to my bank instead. Her manager, Nicole, was in a meeting, so I'm still waiting on a call back. In the mean time, I spoke with Rosario, also in accounting, and she was much nicer! Like a night and day difference in customer service. I would still NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They are a headache to deal with, they drag their feet, and they are EXTREMELY incompetent. More
