GREAT SERVICE! I have owned my Toyota Tundra since August 2017. I am impressed how Miguel and his boss have worked hard to ensure I walk away everytime knowing th I have owned my Toyota Tundra since August 2017. I am impressed how Miguel and his boss have worked hard to ensure I walk away everytime knowing they he and his boss "Chris" have done their best to ensure my wife and I are TOTALLY SATISFIED. Miguel always greets me, as "Mr. Wood" and knows me on sight. Considering the massive amount of business they do --- you can tell that he works hard at getting to know his customers and projecting a positive image of the Service Department. The fact he recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry shows he believes in the Toyota product. In short ---ask for him when scheduling your vehicle for service. The dealership is spotless. Popcorn, ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate and two large waiting rooms with high quality large screen TVs makes waiting worthwhile. I have read reviews of other DFW Totota Dealerships. Great Dealership and Buying Experience This was my first dealing with Family Toyota of Burleson. I was visiting Dallas, in town from Florida, and in the market for a very specific vehicle. This was my first dealing with Family Toyota of Burleson. I was visiting Dallas, in town from Florida, and in the market for a very specific vehicle. I noticed on line that the type vehicle I was interested in buying happened to be available at Family Toyota in Burleson. I called and made arrangements to drive down and see the vehicle. It was exactly what I was looking for. And, along with salesperson Frank Devries, Family Toyota made it happen. In the end I was able to purchase the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I recommend this dealership. They were all very professional and accommodating. The difference is worth the difference from Dallas. More

Michael Boles was my salesman for the last two of my vehicles and if I wasn’t so happy with my purchase I’d say I’d be back soon. I threw out a crazy request for Mr. Boles thinking it would take months if not more to make happen. It blew my mind when in less then 12 hours he made the deal happen and I was driving home in the truck of my dreams. So thankful for Micheal and The Whole Family Toyota dealership.
