Great & Easy To Deal With!!! I was in the market for a certified used car when I came across a car at Family Toyota Burleson while browsing internet listings. I looked at the rev I was in the market for a certified used car when I came across a car at Family Toyota Burleson while browsing internet listings. I looked at the reviews on dealership and they were very positive. They also had multiple ways of getting in touch with them. I decided to text them to see if the car was still available, as I was interested in coming down to take a look at it. Minutes later I received a text back from Mike Wassell. He answered some other questions I had as well, surrounding payment options and what time we could meet up. Upon arrival, I was happy to see that the car was pulled up right up front by the entrance and couldn't miss it as I walked in. Mike was busy with another customer so I was passed off to Jamonn Little. Jamonn was polite, personable and very easy to deal with. He worked with me and we arrived at an agreement price. I would buy from him again in the future and recommend this dealership. Joe Sabin, the finance manager was also friendly and easy to deal with, paperwork signing went really quick. More

do not believe what they tell you We sold our car to this dealer. They contacted us after seeing our listing on Auto Trader. We drove over an hour waited around and were offered Way le We sold our car to this dealer. They contacted us after seeing our listing on Auto Trader. After signing the title over to them we were informed we would have to wait 2 to 3 days to get our money via a check in the mail. After 6 days and no check we were told it had been mailed to us last Wednesday. Today is Monday still no check.. When I called today, the woman who handled our sale did not return my call. I called accounting and after having to get rude I was connected to the accounting manager. She said she was looking at our check on her desk right now. When I told her we had called last Friday we were told it had been mailed two days prior, on Wednesday, she just said well you were given incorrect information! Only after I told her I would be giving an honest poor review on line, did she offer to overnight us the check! What pot service an ugly attitudes out of a beautiful building! Avoid them More
