Missed a few things. Nia was very pleasant to work with and willing to accommodate. The only complaints were the tires were not inflated properly and the windshield wiper Nia was very pleasant to work with and willing to accommodate. The tire pressure light came on and the windshield wiper blades hit each other due to wear. More

Sierra stepped up, showed me the truck I was interested in and we were able to come to an agreement that day. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Tundra Limited and I am very excited. I live 5 minutes from another Toyota dealership in Fort Worth that was clearly uninterested in my business and I was happy to make the drive to the Family Toyota dealership because in the end they wanted my business. It was plain and simple that the 2 closest dealerships could not and would not do what Family Toyota did for me. I plan on remaining a faithful customer as long as I own this truck.
