Major Air Conditioning Work 2009 Toyota Avalon On 05/26/18 my Air Conditioning (AC) was recharged by Family Toyota and by the next morning the AC was not working and was needing to go to Hastings, On 05/26/18 my Air Conditioning (AC) was recharged by Family Toyota and by the next morning the AC was not working and was needing to go to Hastings, Nebraska. I brought my car back in on Tuesday 05/29/18, day after Memorial Day, and it was determined that the evaporator coil under and behind the dashboard was leaking. By Saturday 06/02/18 their mechanics Ben, Joe Hernandez, with the assistance of Jerry another mechanic coming in on his off time to assist to get me back on the road to Nebraska. My Lady Friend was in ISU in the Hastings Nebraska Hospital and due to Family Toyota I was able to get on the road that afternoon. Thanks to Chris Bruder the Service Director, Greg Williams expediting the ordering of the required parts, and Moe Mohammed my service advisor getting this major service performed in an expedited time. Special thanks to Ben, Jerry Lanbert, and Joe Hernandez the mechanics. I have used Family Toyota for some past major service repairs, Miguel Hernandez my service representative, and again was very pleased of their work. More
