I had a great buying experience This was my second car purchase from Family Toyota of Arlington. I found my Salesman, Andrei Mihailescu,by an introduction from TJ Hamilton from Serv This was my second car purchase from Family Toyota of Arlington. I found my Salesman, Andrei Mihailescu,by an introduction from TJ Hamilton from Service. I learned from TJ that the Salesman 'David' from my first purchase, years ago, no longer worked there. TJ was great and answered several questions for me. I already knew I was looking for a low mileage Corolla or Camry. I stopped by for 30 minutes on a Friday and met Andrei and told him what I was looking for. Andrei showed me several options that they had in inventory. Andrei's knowledge of the products was impressive. Quality and value were top concerns of mine and I really feel that Andrei showed me cars that fit the bill. I brought my wife back the next day on Saturday. After test driving both a Corolla and a Camry, we chose the Camry. We are now a two Camry Family. From the time we arrived until the time we drove away was a little more than 2 hours total. The 2 top car buying experiences I have had in my life have been at Family Toyota. I keep cars for a long time. My hope is the next time I need a car I will be able to find Andrei again. More

Salesman was friendly, professional and courteous. All in all this was a good experience. Except for two issues. I would have given them a 5 star rating. I drove approximately 98 miles round trip on two separate days. The truck was not exactly as advertised but I did not have a problem with that. When I first viewed the vehicle, the rear driver’s side tail light was busted and the bumper had been scratched. i is not complain about this nor did I ask for a lower price on the vehicle. 1st issue: The problem was the gas gauge was sitting on empty when I looked at vehicle. When I went to pic it up they said they had put in gasoline. But the low gas light was still on. They did not add any additional gas. 2nd issue: The financial assistant was very aggressive when offering the extended warranty. What I never understood was how my monthly payment was lower with the warranty than without??? I thing the phrase is “smoke and mirrors.” More
