Top notch Customer Service and Professionalism Since moving to the Grand Prairie/Arlington area in late 2009, I took my previous car (2005 Corolla) to Family Toyota of Arlington for maintenance and Since moving to the Grand Prairie/Arlington area in late 2009, I took my previous car (2005 Corolla) to Family Toyota of Arlington for maintenance and repair and was always impressed with their service department. The expertise of their mechanics and service managers is the reason that 05 Corolla, which I traded in for new 19 Corolla on December 29, 2018, had nearly 204,000 miles on it. I could have driven my 05 Corolla home that day after the oil change, and I planned on it, but thankfully, Michael Huskey sent me home in new 2019 Corolla for a very low down payment, 36 month lease with a low monthly payment, and low overall cost. My family has been buying Toyotas since the mid 80s, and the Family Toyota of Arlington sales rep, that sold me my car, Michael Huskey, is uper friendly, Professional, diligent, and informative. I really needed to get a new car but thought I could get 6 more months out of my old car which would give me time to save more money for a down payment I felt comfortable. However, Toyotathon was only 3 days from ending and it waiting would only result in me wasting money essentially. Michael provided a lot of great information that helped me make the right decision and explained options, such as leasing, which I had not previously considered. He helped me make the right decision. I am usually very skeptical when it comes to dealing with any sales rep, regardless of what I am shopping for, but after talking to Michael for a while I realized he was not trying to pull a fast one or push a bad deal on me. He was looking out for my best interest. And that is what Toyota has always done for me, my parents, and even my grandparents. I left with a brand new car at a low monthly payment for a low total cost. Thank you Michael and thank you once again Family Toyota of Arlington, and Toyota for cutting me a killer deal. More

Hostile GM, pushy sales tactics, forced my review Only reason I did business here was because they had access to the vehicle I wanted for transfer. Very pushy sales tactics, and Paul wanted me to leave my review before I had even seen the vehicle. After the deal was done, my account was billed for another car note for my previous vehicle due to lack of automation. They should have informed me I needed to immediately cease automated payments from Toyota Finance. Fine, no big deal, excepted they paid Toyota Finance, had my Capital Loan money, possession of both my trade-in vehicle and Toyota Finance had the title, and they sat on my reimbursement for overpayment check until I threatened to sue in small claims court for my overpayment. After finally getting action on their part after showing them the small claims suit I planned to file, the GM called me after hours and informed me that he wasn't fully up to speed on the full details, but that they had access to very good lawyers and Toyota of Arlington did not cut checks. Not only was he wrong on the fact that they don't cut checks, but the check was dated 2 weeks back, so they had already cut the check and just decided to not mail it even though everyone else in the Toyota franchises were paid of and made whole. I received no formal apology and have told friends and family to avoid at all costs. Reasons not to do business here: - Pushy - Expect you to leave you 5 star review before you've even seen the vehicle, the contract, or finalized the fee totals. - According to Matt the GM, they have access to really good lawyers - Finance department is more than happy to cut your check, just not bother mailing it to you - Expect any issues to require threats to have action - If they do screw up, don't expect an apology. I have yet to receive one. - Interest free loan of $700 for 2 weeks? Of course, why not. I look like a bank, right? Happy New Years to the Toyota of Arlington folks. More

Buying a new Toyota Corolla I was in the market for a new car, specifically a Corolla. I sent a proposal with what I wanted to several dealerships and got many replies but Family I was in the market for a new car, specifically a Corolla. I sent a proposal with what I wanted to several dealerships and got many replies but Family Toyota beat them all! So, I go to the dealership and meet Nick Chargualaf, the young man who is over internet sales and who had given me the price. Let me tell you, Nick was AWESOME, great personality and real down to earth! He took me for a test drive with absolutely NO sales pitch, he let the car speak for itself and it did, I loved it! We get back to the dealership and Nick makes sure all my creature comforts are met and makes the transaction incredibly smooth! Honorable mention also goes to Aaron who took care of warranties, etc, he also did a bang up job! With Nick I feel like a made good friend as well as having a go to guy for any new future cars or for referrals to my friends and family. Overall an EXCELLENT experience! More
