Stress free new car purchase Sergio was the most patient salesman every. It was a 2 week process but I got the car I wanted at the price I needed. I wouldn't expect the patience for 2 weeks and there was no pressure to come back in and he was aware that I was comparing it to another vehicle. I even miss an appointment I set up but he just said take my time. Everything about the car and the option by the trim levels was explained and shown to me. I had questions about options on financing and they were clearly explained before I even got to the financing person.There was no point where I felt like I was being pressured to buy, I even took the car home overnight to think about it. I can say my experience was stress free from them. This is also the friendliest dealership I have ever been into, no one walked by you without greeting you even when I was just waiting in the lobby. I would highly recommend this dealership and I'll be back for the trade in. More

Great Experience.. Actually a fun experience I helped my son buy his first new car this weekend and was pleasantly surprised that the experience was easy and fun (yes it really was fun.) I cant say enough about their professional attitude and commitment to making sure my son was able to purchase the exact car he was look for. Christian worked with us and even though my son was excited to be looking for his new car, he was patient and went over the features with my son, while answering my questions. Once my son drove the car and decided on the color, we agreed on a fair price and the deal was done in 10 minutes. Actually spent more time signing the loan documents. The Finance Dept went the extra mile in getting a rate lower than I expected and found a rebate that we hadn't known about... I know their job is to sell cars, but the people at Family Toyota were truly helpful and made sure we were happy with the car purchase experience. Right car, Right price, Great experience.. In my most recent visit, I came to have a punctured tire patched. I was greeted quickly upon driving in and even recognized by the new technician from another dealership due to an incident months before. Whether or not this work was covered by my ToyotaCare deal, I wasn't charged a cent for the fix and didn't have to wait very long at all for them to finish - probably no more than 40 minutes. I was thanked for my business and went on my merry way satisfied. I believe they're really doing something right here. More

Service with a smile My 2012 Tundra needed an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment over the phone for the next day at the time of my choice. When I arrived Chase was waiting for me. He had pulled up my previous records and was ready to help. He confirmed the work to be completed and informed me that I needed a software update that I had forgot about it. He quickly took the truck to be serviced. While waiting, I went to the parts counter to purchase some odd parts I wanted to replace due to wear and tear. Mark was working the parts counter. He was very nice, helpful, and got me exactly what I wanted in a matter of minutes. I expected OEM parts from the dealer to be costly but was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable final cost. The wait wasn't long and everyone I dealt with was courteous and willing to help. I'll be bringing all three of my Toyota's to this dealer for future service. More

Crap service Paid to have nitrogen put in all 4 tires. Very next day had a tire repaired at a independent shop, went back to Family to have the nitrogen replaced i Paid to have nitrogen put in all 4 tires. Very next day had a tire repaired at a independent shop, went back to Family to have the nitrogen replaced in the 1 tire. They acted like I was bothering them from the start. Service advisor said they would have to charge $12 per tire if I wanted nitrogen.. Really? After I just paid a hefty amount to have it installed in all 4?? Autonation Dealers never tried that b.s. Once you paid for Nitrogen, that car with said tires had it for life. They wound up replacing the nitrogen in the one tire just to" Hurry up and get me outta here". A direct quote from one service advisor. Then when I returned home all the caps on the valve stems were missing. So they just didn't give a crap or were in such a hurry, the young kid who did it didn't notice he forgot the damn caps... Thought I'd try this place. Heard good things about the Burleson location. Not all it's cracked up to be in Arlington. Guess I should stick with the place I've been visiting or mabye try Freeman Toyota More
