I went to Family Toyota to see what they had in inventory for a Tacoma truck. A friend offered to buy my old Tacoma and I wanted to see what I could get for the money. I really was not in the market for a new truck but sitting down with Cody Nelson started the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had at a dealership. He was straight forward without any BS and multiple trips to a "manager". He was very trusting and had the figures for a transaction if I wanted to trade in my old truck. His figures came straight from Kelly Blue Book instead of making it up as I have experienced at other places.
