Great place for inexperienced buyer I needed a car ASAP during the holidays as my beloved Geo prizm had just let me down. Fortunately, my sister was just 10 min away, so I quickly had her go check it out before someone else spotted it too. Andre was very welcoming and helpful over the phone and in person to all of us. He had me start the process even before getting there. Less than 2 hours later, I was happily leaving the dealership with my like-new car! More

Restored my faoth in car dealers I went to this dealership to look at one specific used car. After a test drive I was still unsure about the deal so they allowed me to drive it home a I went to this dealership to look at one specific used car. After a test drive I was still unsure about the deal so they allowed me to drive it home and by the time I had gotten back, I had changed my mind and didn't want the car anymore. I expected a little sales pressure since we already had "the deal" underway. Instead, to my pleasant surprise, Andrei said that it wasn't a problem and stopped the progress of the deal we had begun. His sales manager did come over but said that if my gut said it wasn't right, than it isn't the right deal. Andrei found another low mileage used car but didn't show it to me, instead spent a few minutes trying to figure out just what I needed. While he and his sales manager stepped away from the desk, I pulled out my phone and checked the car he had found, and I definitely wanted to see it. The day was getting late and I needed to get back to Mineral Wells to pick up my boy from daycare, so when Andrei returned, he went to get the car and got me out quickly with another test drive. I knew it was what I had been looking for, and just in our price range. We came back the next day to finish the paperwork and we are quite happy with our "new" car. More

Family Toyota has done a tremendous job remodeling both the showroom, service areas and even the restrooms. I have one complaint and it's something I've noticed each of the three times I've had to bring my vehicle in for service. The music in the show room is too loud. I've been told by a sales rep that I had complained to that the manager loves disco and wants the volume loud. I'm from the disco era and I enjoy the music, but not that loud, especially in a business environment. The manager should keep the music loud in his office and offer his customers a respectful music volume so we think, read, watch TV or purchase a vehicle in peace. I prefer to sit in the service area with the reasonable music volume. Other customers have mentioned their dissatisfaction with the loud showroom music as well. My lease is coming to term in a few months and I doubt I'll sit in that showroom for any length of time while I make another lease or purchase transaction. I can only imagine how annoying it is for the customer and sales person to converse over Disco Inferno. Family Toyota can offer ambience and beautiful surroundings, but most of us don't go there to disco dance. Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts. More
