My "old-faithful" Mustang was due for a major upgrade, so my husband and I decided it was time for our big purchase. Andrew Solis, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable. He was courteous, attentive to our needs, and made sure I knew how to operate my new 4Runner with ease. He even put on my new license plates for me when they came in. The finance team was stellar! Lee Allen worked an incredible deal for us and got me the 4Runner of my dreams, AND met my strict budget criteria. Such a sweetheart, caring, and very thorough throughout the process. Through Lee and Andrew alone, I give 5 stars, because they kept me informed about when my vehicle would arrive. Every duet has a team behind them that helps things run smoothly. I'm sure all of the staff at Family Toyota is amazing, and I was fortunate to meet/interact with a handful! Nick Lipinski, the finance guy with the SUPER long last name (sorry dude...), Corey M., Matt L., Matt M. and Vu T. You guys were stellar! Could have been a much faster process We came in to buy a used car we had seen on Auto Trader. We ended up being there for over 3 hours which we felt was too long considering they did not need to "work" a financing deal with us. Pete was very friendly but we had to wait forever to get to the finance guy to finish our paperwork. My husband finally left to go back to work while I waited for the car to get Family Toyota decals on it and the tags removed. I don't remember the sales managers name. None of this is a reflection on Peter. He was very nice and did a great job. More

He arranged for me to see it there as it is closer to where I work. I liked it, and decided to proceed with the purchase so he had it moved to the Arlington dealership (where he is based out of) to finish the sale. I traded my car in and they matched a higher offer I had received elsewhere. They also replaced a door/floor trim piece that had a hole in it and tinted the windows darker. I'm a happy Rav4 owner. Bought a New Toyota Truck Pleased with my overall experience. I was buying from out of state, and was able to make a deal with Josh Tackett via internet/text/phone. When I picked the vehicle up, I was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours to do paperwork etc... Josh was able to get me a vehicle out of port with only the options I wanted, and it came in ahead of schedule. Even threw in window tint free of charge. I was presented with all the extended warranties and such by finance, but it was no hassle, when I declined they moved on with the process. I think they just have to ask. I would recommend this dealer and salesman without hesitation. More
