The waiting area in service may not be as fancy as some dealerships, but I don't care how fancy a waiting room is when I just want to be able to get my car as quickly as possible with the job done right the first time. When I arrived at the dealership at 5:30, the vehicle was there for my inspection, the paperwork was quick and if it wasn't for my insurance office being closed, I would have been driving my new 4runner home that evening. This dealership is not the closest for me, it's >30 miles, I will be returning to them for my maintenance visits and any other issues I have thanks to my interactions with Travis.
