Friendly -- not pushy -- like buying a car from family Found this dealership by reading reviews here on this site, AFTER having a bad, bureaucratic, red-tape experience at a Toyota dealer closer to my hous Found this dealership by reading reviews here on this site, AFTER having a bad, bureaucratic, red-tape experience at a Toyota dealer closer to my house just trying to test drive a 2018 Camry. Family Toyota sounded so much more customer-focused that I thought I'd give it a shot, despite it being about 25 miles from my house. Family Toyota -- especially Derrick and Josh -- did not disappoint. They deserve all of the high ratings they've already received! They were friendly, helpful, patient, and basically let me test drive to my heart's content w/o a lot of hassling about finance beforehand! The exact car I wanted was in their Burleson location, so one of their staff drove it over for me. I've owned 3 Hondas in the past -- I keep my cars an average of 10 years -- but I am now a proud owner of a Toyota Camry SE!! I would recommend Family Toyota to anyone. They definitely take care of you and make the whole purchasing process as smooth as possible! (The Finance guys were great, too, only I don't remember their names.) More

Great Salesperson Made All The Difference Found our used car online and, while we liked the color, mileage, etc. it was missing a key feature for us. Our salesperson, Travis Clay said they cou Found our used car online and, while we liked the color, mileage, etc. it was missing a key feature for us. Our salesperson, Travis Clay said they could add that feature, at cost which was awesome, only dealer to think outside the box like that. Was able to successfully negotiate a fair price for the new car and our trade before I even stepped foot on the lot which is huge to me as I don't have the time or patience to deal with, "let's get you in for a test drive" followed by hours of haggling. We did hit a snag with the install of the feature and it took a couple of days longer than was originally outlined but the sales manager, Toya reached out and promised to make it right by driving our new car directly to our front door and driving the trade back. Really good experience, appreciate the hard work of Travis and would recommend him to friends. More

Our first contact with him was via an internet inquiry, and I really appreciated the fact that he contacted us but did not inundate us with continuous phone calls or emails -- he gave us his information and waited for us to contact him. He was knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy, and I was impressed with the dealership as a whole. We had a good experience buying a car here, and I would recommend this dealership as well as Kash Brewer as a salesperson. More

Bought a Car while we were on vacation!! Went to Dallas to visit parents on a vacation. Decide to go vehicle shopping. Went to different Toyota dealerships and was recommended to go to "Family Toyota". There we met Derrick Mickens who was super helpful and allowed us to test drive a vehicle we were looking at to see how we liked it. Derrick had to be out the next day so he handed us over to Joshua Tackett who put in a full day work with my husband and I and went over and above and jumped through hoops for us to help us get the vehicle we wanted and the best deal for the money. These two are a great team and my husband and I enjoyed working with them and would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. There was never any pressure for either of them. They helped us out with all of our questions and concerns. If I were to go back these are the two guys I would ask for. Thanks, Joshua and Derrick! More
