Genesis should have a separate dealership and service. After the pandemic you really cannot get anyway near prompt service. Have been thru 3 Sonatas and now my second Genesis G80. Very satisfied with reliability and performance but the recent service unavailability makes me think twice about getting another Genesis. More
Terrible Service Dept post pandemic. No explanation of services done. Advisor had attitude issues and was extremely patronizing.
