Update...After never receiving a call back regarding options to fix the tear and multiple times calling to leave messages with no call back, I finally reached someone who told me it would cost $837 with parts and labor to fix this. I was told this was noted on the invoice that I was never given. Completely unreal and I am in process of submitting a claim with the BBB. Family Hyundai where you are "family" until they get your business and after that you are on your own.

I needed a new engine in my 2009 Genesis. The dealership and Hyundai was not helpful. I had a cylinder head replaced in 2014 and was not fixed correctly which caused my engine to seized. Will More
