Hyundai kept our vehicle for 2 days and never performed the service that they say was required which was a oil consumption test , the truck was left there on November 9, 2023 and on Saturday November 11 2 the service that they say was required which was a oil consumption test , the truck was left there on November 9, 2023 and on Saturday November 11 2023 at 8:00 am we returned and was told that the truck had never been serviced , just been there collecting dust , , lack of communication is a definite cause of this break down , the guys in service , Matt for one advised us that the truck would be ready , because on Sundays they close , no one wants to accept responsibility for our truck sitting there for 2days and forgotten with nothing being done , it’s now Saturday November 11, 2023 at 10:21 am and we are still sitting in Service waiting !
