First time I went to get oil service, was rudely told that it would take a couple of hours, because they didn't really have quick easy drive up service as advertised. Spoke with service manager, who conv that it would take a couple of hours, because they didn't really have quick easy drive up service as advertised. Spoke with service manager, who convinced me to give them another chance, so I did. Came in the day of my appointment, and it was raining. So I waited as they serviced the car. After about 2 hours, having not heard from anyone and needing to get to work, I hunted down my service person who came to her desk and "discovered" that they were finished, but since she wasn't at her desk, no one bothered to look for me and tell me. I stated I needed to leave asap to get to work, so she gave me keys, looked out in rain and stated that they had me blocked in (because no one came for me so they parked another car in front of me). Said she would get people to move car. I run to my car in pouring rain, and no one comes to let me out. I make 3 calls to office (including general manager) pleading for someone to let me out, as I was going to be late for work. After another 15 - 20 minutes, some workers come out to move the cars next to me, because they can't find the owner or keys to car in front of me, so I have to maneuver out of tight spot to finally get out, and am indeed late for work. They didn't seem to care a bit. Subsequently, I answer two requests for reviews and tell them my disappointment, and how bad the service was as a result, but again, no response. I'll get my service elsewhere in the future. More
