First, I rescheduled my appointment to accommodate Hyundais request and by doing so was guaranteed a loaner car, as I did not have the availability to stick around. I arrived the next day, drove 45 mi Hyundais request and by doing so was guaranteed a loaner car, as I did not have the availability to stick around. I arrived the next day, drove 45 minutes and was told there was no loaner as Matt had guaranteed. I informed him I had work and appointments and could not stay. He said he would check on approximate wait time and get back to me. An hour later I had still not heard from him. I went to talk to him and was informed my car was up on a lift and being looked at. I was not told this would be happening. I informed Matt again that I had work and appointments and would need to leave in 20 minutes at the most and would need my car as there was no loaner. He said ok and that it'd be no less than 20 minutes. Another hour later, I'm still waiting and no word on my car. I found Matt again and was finally told what was wrong with my car. I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction that I now missed my appointments and am late for work as a result of Hyundai. He was not apologetic and expressed no concern. I waited an additional 25-30 minutes and finally received my car. No apologies for making me wait 2 1/2 hours, not having a car when they said they would or me now having my work being compromised. I was starting to consider looking at the Paliasade as a purchase, but after this service I am 200% turned off to Hyundai and will share my experience with others. More

I brought my car in for a repeated issue - it would randomly shut off while in Drive and in Park. This was my second time taking it in. I still am not sure if it's resolved because it happened about a randomly shut off while in Drive and in Park. This was my second time taking it in. I still am not sure if it's resolved because it happened about a week after taking it in the first time. Not once was the repair I was told my car needed mentioned the first time. It was a $600 repair yet I still live in fear my car will randomly shut off on the interstate. Plus I was recommended to get an oil change which I had done in the same location the week before. How do I know that was even done properly if it was recommended? I am also told I need new brakes for another $400. How can I trust that? A car randomly shutting of completely sounds like something that should at least be partly covered if not fully covered but Hyundai did not stand behind their car. I do not even have 50,000 miles on my car. I'm deeply disappointed in Hyundai. More
