Took me 5 days to make an appointment to have my car serviced. Al should honestly be fired. Sam is wonderful and had my appointment scheduled in 2.5 seconds so I don’t know why it took Al almost a week serviced. Al should honestly be fired. Then had to wait until an employee was finished working on a car that was blocking my car in to leave the parking lot. The employees are just absolute trash. More

Hyundai shouldn't wait until after a customer brings a car in to be informed that there's at least 100 cars ahead of them. Especially when the car isn't driveable and has to be towed in.
