The service was good, however, I was quite upset when one of your people hung up on me three times when I called to set up the valet service call.i was left twice on hold for over 10 minutes and when I compl of your people hung up on me three times when I called to set up the valet service call.i was left twice on hold for over 10 minutes and when I complained the lady hung up on me three times! I do not feel that I , as one of your customers, should have been listened to and offered support instead she hung up on me three times! If this continues I will eventually have to find another, nicer dealer to support me and meet my needs! More

Brought my car in to fix a tire and took 3 hours… for ONE tire. Think it’s Rediculous! Can’t wait for the other 3 to be put on … will probably take a week! It has been months (and 2 tows later) of going back and forth about fixing a faulty engi Dealing with Hyundai corporate has been a nightmare as well. It has been months (and 2 tows later) of going back and forth about fixing a faulty engine. Hyundai knows there are engine problems with 2014 Santa Fe’s yet still won’t fix an engine. After months of going back and forth corporate told us that they are fixing the engine out of “good will”. Service was scheduled for April 1st, 2022. I have gotten many reminders that my service was scheduled to replace the engine even though to work out details the service center at family Hyundai was saying they couldn’t not find a service appointment. After a couple days they FINALLY were able to see the appointment in the system but said it was just to see what was wrong NOT to replace the engine (which the reminder stated it was to replace the engine)! Now it’s a day before the scheduled appointment and they are saying the case has been closed as of 3/29/22. Yet I received another reminder email in 3/30/22 of my service appointment. I never received a phone call, email, or letter stating that the case was closed. I’ve been strung along since December. We have paid for multiple tows and threatened that I would have to pay for storage when the car was there being assessed. So disappointed. Will not recommend this place to anyone. More
