Great salesman but when I encountered a serious issue the recommendations made no sense I.e. drive car 1,000 miles and come back even though I was loosing oil; pay $980.00 for non luxury car tune up; pay recommendations made no sense I.e. drive car 1,000 miles and come back even though I was loosing oil; pay $980.00 for non luxury car tune up; pay another $500.00 for a piston check; and if those things didn’t work do another test at additional cost. Had appointment taken right in even though I was early. The place was clean and the service tech was helpful. Was in and out within a hour, and the car was washed and vacuumed. Good Job! I was very disappointed in the service I received on 1 August. I had scheduled an oil change at 2:00 pm. I sat in the waiting room for 2-1/2 hours — 2-1/2 hours. I finally went to the person who took my August. I had scheduled an oil change at 2:00 pm. I sat in the waiting room for 2-1/2 hours — 2-1/2 hours. I finally went to the person who took my car in. He had been at lunch and the ‘ticket’ was in the completed pile, but no one notified me. I wonder if I hadn’t gone in search of him if I’d still be waiting. This is the first time I encountered poor service at this dealership. I hope it doesn’t happen again. More
