I made reservations for my husband’s and my card months in advance. They were for 10:30 and 10:45 am, and yet, when I showed up, suddenly only my husband’s reservation was showing up and I was informed tha in advance. They were for 10:30 and 10:45 am, and yet, when I showed up, suddenly only my husband’s reservation was showing up and I was informed that “since I did not have an appt I was going to have to expect a longer wait.” I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the past 10 years, and my whole family drives Hyundais from Family and takes them to the service center. After this last experience, I’m going to be looking elsewhere. More
