This is my 2nd hyundai I love my car , had an appt brought car in for brakes, no one kept in touch with me , I missed work the following day because I had no car , I finally got my car back at the end brought car in for brakes, no one kept in touch with me , I missed work the following day because I had no car , I finally got my car back at the end of day 2 . I had to keep calling to get updates , I was told by noon , by 3:30 and on day 2 wasnt done until 5pm . I never ever had a problem with service . I paid almost 900.00 for brakes & a new tire , I would’ve thought having an appt would have helped but they dropped the ball this time . Just disappointed . More
