Talk about Shady and Deceptive practices, these guys here should have their photos along with the aforementioned adjectives to describe them. Went into the dealership to merely look at a certain model. This would have been my first purchase, and naturally I am aware of my credit status, especially since I am loaded with student loans. Well they were nice enough, I test drove the car, but not really sure I even wanted to purchase one on that day. I was assured by Stan that the would only do a "simple" inquire about my credit. Period!! I was hesitate about this, but HE assured me this was not a "credit" application seeking a lender, only an inquire. Well, I should have gotten that in writing, because after I left told them I have to think about this matter and will call later. THAT'S IT!! After a few weeks, I was hit with letter after letter denying me my "application for credit" with get this ...TEN LENDERS!!. How desperate can any corporation be to do this. Even if I had knowing agreed to this low life practice, any other dealership sends out at the most three inquiries and or applications not Ten!! How unprofessional, and deceitful!!, and on top of this my credit rating drop each time a lender opens my information. I called at least twice a week for a month, and no one, I mean no one would bother to answer my question as to why this was done. So you bite me, I will bite back. Being a consumer, esp. a new car buyer no one should be at the mercy of such hateful, deceptive practices. Trying to make a sell, at any cost to the person behind them. Deliberately slowly to destroy my credit status. Yet, I have enough attorneys in my family to know how to handle sharks. They have been reported, and I know they will lie, and defend their position, but they have no position when it came to this matter. AND THEY KNOW THIS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor, and seek another dealership. I did, much happy with my purchase. Finally, it turned out to be a Toyota.. Their salesmen, and office staff are above approach. More

Was very disappointed when, after making an agreement to purchase a vehicle, and getting my financing and insurance ready, they sold the vehicle on me. Sales manager gave me one story. General Manager gave me a third. Then, and only then, did they try to do everything in the world to sell me a car. WE CAN GET YOU A BETTER DEAL. WE CAN GET YOU BETTER FINANCING. ETC. ETC. Iopted to go to a different dealer, and purchased a new Hyundai! More

Jerry was pushy and unwilling to even attempt to help us. Just bought a 2012 Elantra Touring and a 2013 Accent. Our salesperson was Stephen. He was very genuine and knowledgeable about the cars. When he was not sure about an answer he would always ask the manager. I was also impressed when he told my husband and I to go home and "sleep on" our decision. In no way did we feel pressured by Stephen. We had been to other dealers where the salespeople used profanity (sh$t, crap, etc) when talking to us and we were very offended. Stephen was always polite and professional. So far I love our cars. You cannot beat the price for the MPG. John in financing was also very efficient and to the point, when I told him I did not want any of those "extra" ins, he never tried to change our minds. Free oil changes and car washes for life if you put the Hyundai sticker on your car! That's a savings of $360 a year right there. Extremely pleased with Family Hyundai! More
Bought a 2011 Sonata, and I am still waiting for Bob Watson, or somebody to tell me why the car purchased had the alloy rims switched for hubcaps upon purchase. Graham the sales manager has yet to call Watson, or somebody to tell me why the car purchased had the alloy rims switched for hubcaps upon purchase. Graham the sales manager has yet to call me back and take care of the issue, he said he isn't going to buy me alloy wheels, the sticker said alloy wheels, when the car came back, it had hubcaps. The model purchased comes standard with alloys. I didn't know Graham owned the business ( he doesn't ) but refuses to take care of the issue almost 1 year later, still won't return my phone calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how people stay in business doing a bait and switch, I am also reporting them to the BBB for this reason. They have lost any future business from me at this point. I wouldn't give them a referal for handling business in this manner. Not professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
