Definition of stealership What a pathetic dealership. Sold us a car we believed was new and it is actually used, with two previous owners. Bought our sonata with 63 miles on it What a pathetic dealership. Sold us a car we believed was new and it is actually used, with two previous owners. Great service leads to a new car purchase. I have been enjoying having service performed at Family Hyundai since 2010. My wife and I brought our two cars in for service and left with a new car. I have been enjoying having service performed at Family Hyundai since 2010. My wife and I brought our two cars in for service and left with a new car. The sales experience was excellent. Kevin McGrail took time with us to explain the various features available on the Hyundai vehicles. We were not in any rush to by a new car, but between the price and finance terms it made sense. My wife was very impressed with the experience, particularly the care we received from the service manager a few days earlier when we stopped in to make the service appointment. More
