After being quoted a price $9 K above what I expected at another dealership I went to Family Hyundai and, in less than 10 minutes had a fair quote. One hour later I was driving home. Family Hyundai's Service Manager is fantastic. When my battery suddenly died due to the extreme cold in Chicago in January, he was understanding and helped guide me to roadside assistance so my ca When my battery suddenly died due to the extreme cold in Chicago in January, he was understanding and helped guide me to roadside assistance so my car could be towed to the dealership for a warranty battery check.
